Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know this really works?
Our dedication to our clients’ success can be quantified. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average job search in the United States lasts about seven months. Our clients’ average is 2.8 months – 4.2 months shorter than the American average.
What does 4 months of pay look like to you?
This is especially impressive considering a lot of our clients are highly ambitious professionals and are often “non-traditional” applicants and career changers.
After receiving their resumes from us, our clients have experienced the following:
- No more feeling lost. Instead, you will find yourself feeling like you finally have control over the job search process.
- Increased confidence in their strengths and candidacy. You will no longer feel like you have to settle for lower-paying jobs.
- Better organization during interviews. “I have all my successes in a neat list now; I just have to glance down at my resume if I need help with an interview question” is something we hear a lot from our clients.
After a month of receiving your resume, if you are not getting calls for interviews, Fatemah will personally coach you on networking and applying for jobs strategically. She will also follow up with you at least once a month and equip you with additional resources for free if you are not getting offers that excite you.
I don’t know if this is a good investment for me.
If you are aiming for a job that pays $52,000 or more per year, our resume writing service pays for itself within just two days of your new job.
And the numbers are definitely on your side – according to our latest survey, our clients land jobs 126 days more quickly than the average American. (See chart above.)

Should I focus more on online job applications or on my networking strategy?
You should definitely focus your efforts on your networking strategy. Here are some interesting pieces of information that should get you really fired up about networking:
- 40% of all hires are employee referrals; companies offer up to $5000 if their employees refer qualified candidates.
- Only 7% of applications come in through employee referrals.
- Referred applicants have a 3-4 times higher chance of being hired than non-referred applicants.
In other words, while only seven percent of all applicants are referrals, they make up for almost half of all hiring.
Clearly the odds of getting your target job rise dramatically if you can get referred for the position. But in order to do so, you must first find the right people to connect with. This networking tutorial will show you just how to do that.
I’m wondering if I can get these services without paying.
You can – kind of. Check out our free resources here to learn how you can build your resume yourself.
Do you work with clients in different countries?
Unfortunately, we do not work with professionals outside the United States. We specialize only in helping American job seekers.
Job trends vary widely from country to country; American resume lingo can be taken as overly aggressive and off-putting in other countries.
